There are several styles of residences available to members, all at the uppermost range of luxury and designed by leading interior designers. The two rocky mountain resorts are quite distinct. At Eagle Ranch, the timber-frame homes offer ranch-style decor in a spectacular setting. At Silvertip, members have access to private residences in four decor styles - Rustic Modern, Chateau, Mountain Elegance, Tuscan - in architecturally stunning buildings that themselves define elegance.

In addition to the exquisite design features, each residence has been thoughtfully appointed with the latest amenities. Our kitchens come equipped with professional grade appliances, glassware for every kind of entertaining, serving dishes, small appliances, and even a cookbook and cappuccino maker, for inspiration in either form.

Every guest at any age is sure to be entertained, as we provide high definition televisions in every bedroom, den, and great room; a built-in audio system that allows you to control specific zones to your liking; a dvd player; a Nintendo wii™ gaming console, and Apple™ computers and printers. For those that enjoy the classics; board games, books and let's not forget the incredible scenery, are always on hand.

If your relaxation is more zen-based, the bathrooms are spa inspired and each of our residences has at least one of the following: large soaker tubs, steam shower or heated jetted tub.

Extremely high service levels, world-class amenities, booking flexibility, residence selection and financial liquidity are primary reasons to choose our resorts club over fractional ownership.

With a fractionally owned property you must share your time with all the other owners, you are limited to one single residence and booking times can be extremely inflexible. Further, should your financial situation change your ability to sell your share in the property can be extremely difficult. Typically, fractional ownership does not provide nor guarantee services like personal concierge. Resort Club Membership simply offers you peace of mind. Every detail of your vacation is taken care of.

Industry research has shown that the average use of a second home totals less than one month per year (28-30 days). That means second homes sit empty 11 months a year. Members of The Stone Creek Resorts Club can enjoy the same amount of usage, or more, in luxurious properties that meet or exceed high-end standards, but without the cost or burden of ownership, such as taxes, insurance, furnishings, maintenance, security, or financial exposure to the resort real estate market.

If a member chooses to resign their membership, they will receive a refund of 80 percent of their membership fee. Like other destination clubs, The Stone Creek Resorts Club has a three-in, one-out membership resignation policy.
